【摘要】:Thistestmethodisconsideredsatisfactoryasarefereemethodforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsofyarnormanufacturedstaplefibers.Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwolaboratories(ormore),comparativetestsshouldbeperformedtodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthem,usingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,usethesamplesforsuchacomparativetestthatareashomogeneousaspossible,drawnfromthesamelotofmaterialasthesamplesthatresultedindisparateresultsduringinitialtestingandrandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratory.Thetestresultsfromthelaboratoriesinvolvedshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddata,aprobabilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscasusemustbefoundandcorrected,orfuturetestresultsforthatmaterialmustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknownbias.OptionIisgenerallyusedtocalculatethecommercialmassofspunyarns,texturedyarns,tops,andslivers.WhenmaterialsaresoldonaCMRUbasis,thepurchaserpaysforthefiberlubricantorotherremovableprocessingaids.OptionIIisgenerallyusedtocalculatethecommercialmassofas-producedmanufacturedfilamentyarns(exceptsomeproducer-texturedyarns),manufacturedstaplefibers,andtows.Thisoptionisintendedtoreflectthemassoffiberremainingafterfiberlubricantsandprocessingaidsareremoved.OptionIIIisincommonuseinothercountries,particularlyinEurope.OptionIVisincommonusewithyarnsmadeofwoolorwoolblendsandsomearamids.Whenitcanbeshownthatsolventextractionoranothermethodoftestinggivesthesameresults,orresultsthathaveaconstantratiotothoseobtainedbythescourprocedure,thatmethodmaybeusedforroutinetestingofknownproductionbutshouldnotbesubstitutedforascouronneworunknownmaterial.Forthedeterminationofextractablematter,refertoTestMethodD2257.Whenthefinishisnotremovablebyawaterscour,asolventextractionmaybesubstitutedonagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthesupplier.Undercertaincircumstances,samplestakenfromyarnsandmanufacturedstaplefibersandtowscanchangemoisturecontentrapidly.Forthisreason,verycarefulplanningandhandlingofsamplesarerequiredtopreventmajorbiasesincommercialmassresults.1.1Thistestmethodprovidesameasurementofthecommercialmassofashipmentofyarnormanufacturedstaplefiberortow.Thistestmethodappliesto(1)yarnofallfibertypesexceptsilk,glass,asbestos,andbast;(2)topsandsliversofallfibertypesexceptwool,silk,glass,asbestos,andbast;and(3)manufacturedfibersortow,exceptglassandotherfibersusedforspecialpurposessuchasflock(Note1).Note18212;Forothertestmethodsformeasuringmassoffibrousmaterials,refertoPracticeD2720.1.1.1Samplinginthistestmethodisprimarilyforuseinacceptancetestingratherthanproductioncontrol.manufacturedfiberproducersusuallysampleforthecommercialx201C;massx201D;ofproductonanon-goingbasisratherthaneachshipmenttoacustomer.1.2Commercialmasshasbeentraditionallybasedononeofthreeoptionsdependingonthestateofthematerial:(1)dried,unscouredyarn,staplefiber,tow,andsoforth,usingcommercialmoisture......

本标准规定了TZL、TZS、TZLD、TZSD系列同轴式圆柱齿轮减速器的型式、尺寸、基本参数和技术要求。本标准适用于冶金、矿山、能源、建材、化工等行业。减速器齿轮圆周速度不大于 20 m/s，允许正、反转。减速器适用于水平卧式安装，允许输出轴向下倾斜安装，输出轴与水平面夹角不大于 20°。减速器的工作环境温度为：-40～+40℃，低于 0℃ 时，启动前润滑油应预热。TZLD、TZSD 型减速器直联电机为 Y 系列三相异步四极电动机。TZLD、TZSD 型减速器的工作海拔：不超过1000m。
