【摘要】:ThegoaloftheNon-repudiationserviceistogenerate,collect,maintain,makeavailableandvalidateevidenceconcerningaclaimedeventoractioninordertoresolvedisputesabouttheoccurrenceornonoccurrenceoftheeventoraction.ThispartofISO/IEC13888specifiesmechanismsfortheprovisionofsomespecific,communi-cationrelatednon-repudiationservicesusingasymmetrictechniques.Non-repudiationmechanismsarespecifiedtoestablishthefollowingnon-repudiationservices:-non-repudiationoforigin,-non-repudiationofdelivery,-non-repudiationofsubmission,-non-repudiationoftransport.Non-repudiationmechanismsinvolvetheexchangeofnon-repudiationtokensspecificforeachnon-repudiationservice.Non-repudiationtokensconsistofdigitalsignaturesandadditionaldata.Non-repudiationtokensshallbestoredasnon-repudiationinformationthatmaybeusedsubsequentlyincaseofdisputes.Dependingonthenon-repudiationpolicyineffectforaspecificapplication,andthelegalenvironmentwithinwhichtheapplicationoperates,additionalinformationmaybere-quiredtocompletethenon-repudiationinformation,e.g.,-evidenceincludingatrustedtimestampprovidedbyaTimeStampingAuthority,-evidenceprovidedbyanotarywhichprovidesas-suranceabouttheactionoreventperformedbyoneormoreentities.Non-repudiationcanonlybeprovidedwithinthecontextofaclearlydefinedsecuritypolicyforaparticularapplicationanditslegalenvironment.Non-repudiationpoliciesaredescribedinthemultipartStandardofSecurityFrameworksforopensystems-Part4:Non-repudiationFramework,ISO/IEC10181-4.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodwasdevelopedforthedeterminationofnitrogentrichlorideinsamplesofcarbontetrachlorideliquidtakenfromthecompressorsuctionchillerbottomsofchlorineproductionplantsandotherplacesintheplantsthatmaycollectandconcentratenitrogentrichloridetolevelsthatcouldexplode.Thetestmethodwasthenmodifiedtomeasurethelowerlevelsofnitrogentrichlorideobservedinproductliquidchlorine.Thistestmethodissensitiveenoughtomeasurethelevelsofnitrogentrichlorideobservedinthenormalproductionofliquidchlorine.Thistestmethodfornitrogentrichloridewillrequirethedilution(100:1)ofhighlyconcentratedin-processsamplestobringthemwithintheworkingrangeoftheanalysis.1.1Thistestmethoduseshighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)todeterminenitrogentrichloridelevelsinliquidchlorineatthe0.1to600g/g(ppm)range.Solventsamplesfromchlorineproductionfacilitiescontainingveryhighconcentrationsofnitrogentrichloridemaybeanalyzedbydilutionwithmethanol.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Reviewthecurrentmaterialsafetydatasheet(MSDS)fordetailedinformationconcerningtoxicity,firstaidprocedures,andsafetyprecautions.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecifichazardstatementsaregiveninSection8.
