【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationestablishesaframeworkfordefiningmetadataelementsconsistentwiththeprinciplesandimplementationconsiderationsoutlinedinISO23081-1:2006.Thepurposeofthisframeworkisto:enablestandardizeddescriptionofrecordsandcriticalcontextualentitiesforrecords,providecommonunderstandingoffixedpointsofaggregationtoenableinteroperabilityofrecords,andinformationrelevanttorecords,betweenorganizationalsystems,enablere-useandstandardizationofmetadataformanagingrecordsovertime,spaceandacrossapplications.Itfurtheridentifiessomeofthecriticaldecisionpointsthatneedtobeaddressedanddocumentedtoenableimplementationofmetadataformanagingrecords.Itaimsto:identifytheissuesthatneedtobeaddressedinimplementingmetadataformanagingrecords,identifyandexplainthevariousoptionsforaddressingtheissues,andidentifyvariouspathsformakingdecisionsandchoosingoptionsinimplementingmetadataformanagingrecords.
