【摘要】:ThispartofISO15156givesrequirementsandrecommendationsfortheselectionandqualificationofCRAs(corrosion-resistantalloys)andotheralloysforserviceinequipmentusedinoilandnaturalgasproductionandnaturalgastreatmentplantsinH2S-containingenvironments,whosefailurecanposearisktothehealthandsafetyofthepublicandpersonnelortotheenvironment.Itcanbeappliedtohelptoavoidcostlycorrosiondamagetotheequipmentitself.Itsupplements,butdoesnotreplace,thematerialsrequirementsoftheappropriatedesigncodes,standardsorregulations.ThispartofISO15156addressestheresistanceofthesematerialstodamagethatcanbecausedbysulfidestress-cracking(SSC),stress-corrosioncracking(SCC)andgalvanically-inducedhydrogenstresscracking(GHSC).ThispartofISO15156isconcernedonlywithcracking.Lossofmaterialbygeneral(massloss)orlocalizedcorrosionisnotaddressed.Table1providesanon-exhaustivelistofequipmenttowhichthispartofISO15156isapplicable,includingpermittedexclusions.ThispartofISO15156appliestothequalificationandselectionofmaterialsforequipmentdesignedandconstructedusingconventionalelasticdesigncriteria.Fordesignsutilizingplasticcriteria(e.g.strain-basedandlimit-statedesigns),seeISO15156-1:2009,Clause5.ThispartofISO15156isnotnecessarilysuitableforapplicationtoequipmentusedinrefiningordownstreamprocessesandequipment.
