适用范围
本标准规定了肉类罐头的卫生标准和检验方法以及食品添加剂、生产加工过程、标识、包装、运输与贮存的卫生要求。本标准适用于以畜、禽肉为主要原料，经处理、分癣修整、烹饪（或不经烹饪）、装罐（包括马口铁罐、玻璃罐、复合薄膜袋或其他包装材料容器）、密封、杀菌、冷却而制成的具有一定真空度的肉类罐装食品。
