【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62271givespracticalguidancefortheevaluationanddocumentationoftheexternalelectromagneticfieldswhicharegeneratedbyHVswitchgearassembliesandHV/LVprefabricatedsubstations.BasicrequirementstomeasureorcalculatetheelectricandmagneticfieldsaresummarisedforswitchgearassembliescoveredbyIEC62271-200andIEC62271-201,andforprefabricatedsubstationscoveredbyIEC62271-202.Thistechnicalreportappliestoequipmentratedforvoltagesuptoandincluding52kVandpower-frequenciesfrom15Hzto60Hz.Theelectromagneticfieldswhicharegeneratedbyharmonicsortransientsarenotconsideredinthistechnicalreport.However,themethodsdescribedareequallyapplicabletotheharmonicfieldsofthepower-frequency.Detailedgenericinformationonrequirementsandmeasurementsoflow-frequencyelectromagneticfieldsisgiveninIEC61786.Thistechnicalreportcoversevaluationunderfactoryorlaboratoryconditionsbeforeinstallation.Theelectricandthemagneticfieldscanbeevaluatedeitherbymeasurementsorbycalculations.Itisnotwithinthescopeofthistechnicalreporttospecifylimitvaluesofelectromagneticfieldsormethodsfortheassessmentofhumanexposure.
