【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliesformachinesandinstallationsforstackingandde-stackingthatarespecificallydesignedforbuilding-uportakingdownuprightstacksofflatglasssheetbysheetincludingunloadingandloadingofsinglesheetsofflatglassfromorontomachinesortransportdevices(conveyors).NOTEForsketcheswithexamplesoftypicalconstructions,seeAnnexA(informative),FigureA.1toA.9.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomachinesandinstallationsforstackingandde-stackingflatglasswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thosehazardswhicharedealtwithinthead-hocstandardEN619forconveyorsareexcepted.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreduceriskswhichcanarisefromthesesignificanthazardsduringcommissioning,theoperationandmaintenance.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothesignificanthazardsofconveyorsandothermachinesforthemanufacture,treatmentandprocessingofflatgalss,e.g.tiltingtables,equipmentforstorageofflatglass,suchasstillages.Iftherearespecifichazardswhicharisebytheco-operationofthismachineryandequipmentwithmachinesandinstallationsforstackingandde-stacking,appropriatemeasuresarespecified.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletobuildinguportakingdownstacksbymeansofcranesthataretemporarilyequippedviahookwithload-liftingattachmentswithsuctioncupstoliftflatglass.1.5WhencompilingthisEuropeanStandard,itwasassumedthatliftingmovementsareonlyusedaspartoffullautomaticmachinesandthattherelatedhazardsarenotsignificant.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachinesandinstallationsforstackingandde-stackingwhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
